Top Load Tester Computerised

The Computerised Top Load Tester is designed to evaluate the crushing load and compression strength of bottles made from HDPE, LDPE, and PET. Its specially designed compression plates help apply force accurately during testing and determine the maximum load a bottle can withstand before deformation or failure.

The instrument features a microprocessor-based system that displays the peak load value at which bottle crushing occurs. The computerised model also provides graphical test reports, helping users analyse crushing-force trends and evaluate bottle performance. Test reports can be saved to a computer or emailed for documentation and further analysis.
