Working Principle of the Peel Adhesion Bond Seal Strength Tester Digital

The Peel Adhesion Bond Seal Strength Tester Digital measures the force required to peel or separate bonded materials, such as labels, laminates, and flexible films. The instrument uses two gripping clamps to hold the specimen securely while force is applied to separate the bonded surfaces.

A sensitive load cell measures the force required for separation, and the readings are displayed on the digital LED display. This allows users to monitor test results and evaluate the adhesive performance of the sample.
